You will begin to relax and slip into holiday mode from the moment you open the front door and step onto the timber flooring which covers the main living area.

This home is ideally suited for couples or families with older children who enjoy the comforts of home while on holiday, including reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with quality appliances will allow you to prepare your own special delicacies. If you prefer more casual dining, step out onto the large alfresco area and cook a barbeque while overlooking your own private expansive lawn and garden area.

The home has quality furnishings throughout with comfortable beds. There are three king beds, one queen bed, two bedrooms have their own ensuite, one with a large hydrotherapy spa and the other has a deep bath. Two of the king beds upstairs can be split to make four singles, and these rooms have a shared bathroom. The upstairs area also has a separate rumpus room.

For your entertainment there are two large screen TV’s, DVD players, stereos, books and games.

The calm waters of the Geographe Bay are just a few metres from your front door. Shops, cafes, restaurants are a 5 minute stroll and award winning wineries only a short drive away.
